The shades of purple in Lavender Lake create a sense of softness and warmth, capturing a gentle moment while the abstract layers of acrylic build a lush texture that contrasts with the stillness of the water.
Lavender Lake is the twin painting to Sea Glass Lake, both of which are inspired by the familiar presence of water in both the Norfolk and Dutch landscapes.
